Get the degree and work on the other math classes elsewhere. You may be able to get a probationary teaching license if you are only a course or two a degree is all you need, If you have a degree you can go get a teaching certification course and you will have both the degree and the certification.

Since most schools have rules stating that you must take your last XXX units there in order to get your degree, you should finish your degree, then take a few extra courses elsewhere to work on your credential. Even if your school does not have such a rule, it doesn't make much sense to leave with less than one semester (or one quarter) left. Finish, because you will be a college graduate, then work on the other courses you need.

Check if your school will accept credit from another school that has the course you need. Some schools will do that, especially if they do not offer a required class for a professional program (i.e. teaching). If they do accept credits from other programs, see if you can find an online course so that you do not have to travel or move outside of your school's geographic area.

If you really want to become a math teacher and you need those courses to get you there, transfer to wherever you have to, to get whatever it is you need.
