I need to calm down. how?

I do yoga if I can, deep breathing at the very least. 15 good diaphramatic deep breaths and I am back to calm usually. There are some good, long term natural solutions - like kava kava and SAMe. I can send you some links if you are interested in that route.

When U are in Stress...Stand in front of the mirror. Give yourself a smile.

If U still feel then Count 10 slowly. If U still feel more stress..count till 100.

It works.

You may just be busy all day, you need to talk to your boss and ask for time off, or if you don't work you may have A.D.D which means you get very mad and cannot stay on track. Take some time to go to Starbucks.
