if i can lift weights, is there anything that i should not do in order not to worsen the scoliosis.thanks. again.

8 degrees is VERY little. I would actually suggest taking a second picture of that because just changing your posture may be enough for that to go away. And if you do have scoliosis a chiropractor can help. But 8 degrees is SO small I wouldn't even worry about it. If you end up with something like 15 degrees that is when you need to worry.

8 degrees is pretty mild, you will probably be fine but maybe you better ask a doctor just to be sure.
A chiropractor can help if you have pain because of it, but they can't permanently straighten your spine. That would probably require surgery; and I don't see why you would need that.

no! you could probably handle some water aerobics,but your condition prevents anything more.
