Shane thinks Valentine's Day is an economic boost and nothing more... I love him so much and really want to get him something special regardless of how he feels about the holiday.. I've trained him to realize that he absolutey has to get me something.. lol... but I still don't know what to get him.. I don't have a lot to spend... maybe $50, so I don't know what to do.. I am thinking about sending him flowers at work, but maybe that would be too girly.. He really likes Everybody Loves Raymond and Southpark lol... but I don't know how romantic that is! Anyhoo, any help would be greatly appreciated:)

Don't send him flowers. If he dislikes the holiday as is, getting him flowers to be delivered at work would just be pushing the issue further. Getting flowers at work will most likely just embarrass him. There are more functional ways that you can spend that $50. Why don't you get him the Everybody loves Ray or Southpark season on DVD that way you are spending the money on something that he will actually appreciate.

It will only annoy him to send him flowers at work. Get him something concerning his favorite tv shows. How about a desk calendar with Southpark or Everybody Loves Raymond?
