A dream is recalled most easily if we awaken during it or immediately after it ends. If more than a few minutes lapse at the end of a dream, we risk forgetting of the dream.
Also your dreams might occur in non-REM sleep. The people who dream in REM sleep remember more.

google lucid dreams. Also keep a note pad by your bed and as you go in and out of dreams wake up and wrote whatever you can about your dream down on a sheet of paper. as you do this, you will recall more and more of it. you got a lot of other things on you mind, it just very easy to forget things. do you remember everything you have done for the past month? Like what you had to eat, every meal for the past month?

me niether but some times its weird i feel it happened in real life. what you should start doing is keep a notebook close 2 your bed so when you wake up you can write it down when it comes back 2 you (flash backs of your dream). Thats what they told me 2 do after that you will soon start realizing what your dreams are telling you or if you are in a similar position in real life as you were in your dreams, =) its kinda wierd but you will even learn more about yourself...
