what is meant by the phrase 'Art and Culture'??

and what exactly does it imply when stating 'culture' in this phrase?

I believe "culture" includes tradition, art, history, etc. of a certain culture.

Art can be an expression of the society and culture or a protest against it. Its why in order to truley understand a work of art, a piece of music or literature, you need to know the time, place and culture it was created in.

art - the creative stuffs that the people produce as a nation. Literature/[aintings etc.

culture - of how the people live
