There is no such thing as a free Xbox with these offerings.
They ask you for your credit card for a reason.
You are always subscribing to a service, that runs for a long time with monthly payments.
At the end of this subscription you will have paid more than the $350 an Xbox 360 costs, and you will also pay for stuff that you don't want or need from the subscription.
Furthermore, you will need to refer other people to the service as well. If they don't sign up, you will pay for the subscription and don't have an Xbox.

These pyramid schemes will not work. Regardless of what other people say.

The reason they require you to have a credit card is so that it can charge you right away.

There is no legal way to get a free 360 except 1. get it as a gift. 2. win a contest.

You can revert to other illegal means, but if you get caught, you go to jail.

Besides, why bother with those sites anyway. It's a big huge pyramid scheme. The only way you're going to get that 360 from those sites is if you complete a bunch of offers, and you get a bunch of your friends to complete a bunch of offers.
