the answer is C. These problems can easily be solved with a Punnett square. Basically you have a square chart with the genotypes of both parents on the sides, and then you fill it in. Like this,

A. AA Aa
a. Aa aa

Thus you have 1AA, 2Aa, and 1aa. Since A is completely dominant, the ratio of dominant to recessive will be 3:1
