How do they differ in size and structure and in the ways they are made?

Well this gets very complicated

Its Sperm and egg,

Spearm is made by the process of Spermatogenesis
and the Egg is by the process of Oogenesis

The egg is much larger then teh sperm.....
and there is what you can consider only one part of the egg,

However for sperm, it has the Head and Tail
The head contains the DNA
and teh tail just drives it...the tail is a flagella, with is composed of Microtubulos.
