i just moved to the school with uniform and i never had them. the school ask student that we can only wear black, white, and navy plain jackets, white oxford or polo shirts, knaki bottoms and white socks with shoes that only have a back on them and thats for EVERYONE. i really need ideas on how to stand out in a strict dress coded school ( its my senior so i have to make a ending expression)

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do with your uniform to change and even if you could, it wouldn't stand out as much as changing your hair style and make-up to make people notice. Use lots of accessories for your hair and uniform such as ribbons (even with the school colors to show school spirit) and you may just start a trend. Good luck and Happy senior year, enjoy it!!

Why don't you add a tie to the uniform. Make it stand out but not to much just to give you a little color. Make it a plain one. Don't tie it up tight just have the proper knot and have it loose. Try, red, blue, khaki, or maybe even a nice blue plaid that will match the navy jacket.
