I would say missing you. You could be thinking anything about them- thinking about how much you hate them, thinking about wanting to kick their ***, thinking you can't stand being around them.

Missing is the way to go. "Thinking" seems so noncommittal - like he/she is only thinking about you but doesn't necessarily want to be with you.
Clearly, I have some trust issues.
