AND I CHECK THE TRACKING OF THE MONEY ORDER AND IT HAVENT BEEN CASHED YET SO YOU THINK THEY JUST HAVENT GOT IT YET OR DO YOU THINK ITS LOST?

I SENT THE MONEY ORDER OFF THROUGH U.S PRIORITY MAIL.

That is too long ago. It must have been lost in transit.
You would be wise to cancel it immediately and have another one reissued.
Maybe register the mail next time too.

If the mail went through the Eugene Post Office in Oregon then it was probably eaten by their mail equipment. I've had a lot of mail that goes through this post office come in months later with a note indicating the letter was 'damaged' in their facility.

Cancel the previous money order and get a new one sent. Send it with some form of registration so that it can't go through the machines. They tell me they will be upgraded soon....

No you cannot get the money early. Your grandfather wanted you to wait until you were 25 to receive the money. The conditions of your late grandfathers will are not negotiable. Pressuring your great uncle for the money is not going to do any good. You cannot get the money early regardless of the circumstances. You can get a job to earn money for the trip you want to take.

how did you send the money order? USPS? did you send it
First class? Priorty Mail? ?
money orders dont have tracking numbers!
