Goose poo can be used as a fertilizer, although it likely is too "hot" (acidic) to be used right away. It would probably be good as part of a compost, which several months later would be good for fertilizer.

The average goose puts out about two pounds per day.

Any manure can be used as a fertilizer, although generally the best fertlizer comes from herbivoric mammals or birds.

Bird manure is generally toxic when fresh, so it must be composted first.
