we were having a discussion on imperialism in my social studies class and my teacher was talking about reasons. one of the reasons was missionary work. and she mentioned how different sects of christianity did missionary work. i thoug it was funny because she said mission sects. does that sound funny to you too?

Haha! That's a little bit funny. It would have been even better had she said it, realized how it could have sounded, and then over-pronounced CTS sound at the end of the word four or five times while getting flustered and annoyed.
Think she'll change it missionary groups next class?
