the phone was originally a t mobile phone...so it has the t mobile browser thing on it...does anyone know how I can fix this?? thanks!

Go talk to the cingular store if you have cingular service now. or call their customer service number 18662464852

It's a Very common issue. Cingular and T-mobile are similar in some ways as far as voice calls, but trying to send and recieve date thru web browsing will almost never work.. it's kinda hard to explain it but they just aren't on the same "frequency" not much you can do... I ALWAYS warn my customers whern doing this. 9 times out of 10 they would not have purchased it...

certain there are telephone that artwork on different significant networks yet i relies upon interior the nework. maximum Like sprint run on CDMA community, Cingular and atnt use GSM. Nextel Runs on iDen so none of there telephones received't artwork on atnt community. Son some thing on a GSM community will artwork on your telephone regradless of service. No there is not any telephone yet the can take care of all of them yet its on its way.

It depends on the phone. If its a sidekick or something like that, forget it. Otherwise, you need to call customer care and change the settings like the ip address, the gateway, etc.

try to turn it off for 2-3 minutes and turn it back on.
