Why are they fighting?Who knows anymore,'cos they are definitely not fighting for their survival ,nor self defense...They are fighting in "self defense" against Palestinians?Well the Israelis have the latest weapons,Palestinians are fighting tanks with rocks...
They are simply fighting because they have no idea what peace and diplomacy are,they are fighting to occupy more land...

Isrteal is fighting for its right to survive and exist as a country. It has enemies completely surrounding it. Ever hear of the 3-day war? Egypt, Lebanon, and Syria combine together to try to wipe out the Isreali nation. Isreal did nothing to provoke or cause it to happen.
As for what they want, Isreal just wants to live peacefully as a nation without having to worry about its citizens being blown up going out to eat. They know from hard lessons learned that the best defense is a good offense, and always being wary of the enemy. THey know there are enemies out there which want to harm them. I wish the US would learn the same thing.

They have a dream to work for. They want to make Israel a Jewish state 100%. Gradually, maybe they will accomplish their desire by driving the Palestinians out of their lands regardless of the method to do this.

They are protecting themselves from the stink terrorists that keep attacking them.
By the way not all Israelis are Jews, while most are Jews some are Arab and some of the Arab-Israelis are just as offended as Jewish-Israelis are by the Terrorist attacks.

They are surrounded by neighbors who 1. do not believe in Israel's right to exist, 2. do not recognize Israel as a country, and 3. are bent on their destruction.
How would you feel if you lived in Texas and every day there were Mexicans that lobbed bombs into your town. What do you think the US would do? (and we're a large, stable country)

They are fighting to survive. That is their greatest accomplishment, survival. I think the president of Iran wants them wiped off the face of the earth. He is instigating others on his beliefs.

They fight because they are being openly threatened by the Arabs. Wouldn't you fight for your survival? I contribute to Israel every opportunity I get. I am against Muslims taking over all of the middle east including Lebanon.
