The name Nevaeh - Heaven backwards.

That's a toughie. There is a lengthy forum thread at bigbadbabynames.com which includes a posting that comments: My first instinct is "nev-AY-uh." But is "ne-VAY" equally probably? (pronouncing "ae" like as in "Rae.") Or what about "NEV-uh"? ("ae" as in "Michael") "nuh-VYE"? ("ae" as in "alumnae.") "nev-eye-EH"? ("ae" as in "Raphael"). There are seriously at least half a dozen plausible versions, in my mind.
... is there even consensus among the name's users about the "proper" pronunciation? Will NEEV-ah from California go to college one day and be shocked to meet a nuh-VYE-ah from Arkansas?
Buzzle.com says "Nevaeh is now the 70th most popular girl's name in the US, sandwiched between Evelyn and Madeline. The name has grown from obscurity to celebrity in just six years. In 1999 there were only eight Nevaehs born in the US, records show. But within two years, the number of Nevaehs had grown to 1,191, winning the name a ranking on the list of most popular girls names at number 266."

It looks like Nah vay ah, but how about scrambling the letters more and make it Heaven= nev eah. Sounds nicer, and would look like this: Neveah...much better I think.

Na-vay-ah is how I think that you could spell it....I think that it is a really pretty name. It's nice how it's Heaven backwards. I like it.
