SO...THE GOVERNMENT AND PARENTS TEAM UP TO BLAME ALL OF A CHILDS BAD BEHAVIOR ON VIDEO GAMES. IN ALL OF THEIR RIGHTEOUSNESS, THEY SCREAM FOR A BAN ON ANYTHING THAT COULD POSSIBLY RESEMBLE A REASON WHY CHILDREN DO NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY AND CONFORM TO AN OUTDATED SOCIETY...
OK...LET US GIVE IN TO UNCONSTITUTIONAL BANS AND CENSORSHIP TO MAKE A POINT...
LACKING THE CONVENIENT TARGET OF VIDEO GAMES, PARENTS WILL DISCOVER THAT THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR RAISING THEIR OWN CHILDREN HAS, IN FACT, BEEN THEIRS ALL ALONG. AFTER ELIMINATING WHAT THEY DEEM NOT FIT FOR A CHILD'S CONSUMPTION, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO ANY OTHER POSSIBLE CULPRITS.
HOW CONVENIENT IT IS TO BLAME ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING ON WHY YOUR CHILD IS A LOSER YET NEVER DO WE HEAR THEM MENTION THAT THEY COULD BE PARTIALLY TO BLAME.

NOTE TO PARENTS: INSTEAD OF THROWING YOUR CHILD IN FRONT OF A T.V. FOR 18 YEARS-THEN BLAMING A TONY HAWK GAME ON WHY LITTLE JOHHNY CANNOT READ---HOW ABOUT TAKING SOME TIME OUT OF YOUR SELFISH LIVES TO RAISE YOUR CHIDREN AND GIVE THEM THE ATTENTION THEY DESERVE.

Violent videogames have been linked to violent behavior in children. This does not mean that every child who plays a violent videogame will develop violent tendencies, but enough of them have that it has alarmed a number of people. Whether or not this means these videogames should be banned is up to debate. (In my humble opinion, free speech trumps censorship.)

Rather than stealing or setting fires, children who are not playing videogames usually spend that time doing something of similar entertainment value, like watching TV or posting suggestive questions on Yahoo Answers.

I don't know why, I am a chick and I love video games, there are some crappy games of course, but there are some that are so incredibly good it is like reading a book. Okami for example.

because all the dumbo's out there tend to imitate video games and they go bust up schools and kill innocent people because they are too stupid to think for themselves. They go and shoot up the school and then blame it on a video game they played. That's why so many people hate video games...DUH!!!!!
