Why this dumb question without any back ground to it??? Firstly are you financially prepared to buy one... if so do it immediately since property is appreciating. If the question is linked with home loans from bank.. wait and see what the budget has got for the interest levels

If u have the financial liability....U can buy any time...If u are living in a cosmopolitican city..u better buy before the land rates go very high....atleast just a pice of land ..then wen u think u need to go to stay in a house...Start the building work...it just takes around 2-3 months.
