Turning on bluetooth on my Dell?

I have an XPS 400. There is an instruction on how to connect my mobile phone to my PC, that requires control panel, then printers and other hardware, then bluetooth devices. But the bluetooth devices isn't available in printers and other hardware. Does that mean I don't have bluetooth? PC is one year old.

That is normal, most PC's do not come with bluetooth, even one bought a week ago.

You can get an adapter fairly cheaply at a computer store. Most likely under $50. it is usually a small USB Dongle.
