Does anyone have like a home work out they did or something along the lines of that to increase my vertical leap?

You need to build your leg strength, mainly in your calves to inprove your jumping ability. There's a few ways to help improve your calves. You can do toe raises with or without weights, practice jumping over and over again both from a standstill and while running and lastly make sure to do plenty of stretching so you don't hurt yourself. You'll also want to improve the strenght in your thighs and hips by doing squats, leg extensions and some leg curls.
