Probably. When you tell someone who wants to be President that their only qualification is being articulate some people might be offended by that.

Been hearing about this and had to look it up and OMG! This is what all the hoopla is about?

Cavuto asked: “How do you think the troops would feel about a President Obama?”

Bush: “Oh, I don’t know. He ain’t — look — he hasn’t got elected yet. He ain’t even got the party’s nomination either. He’s an attractive guy, he’s articulate, I’ve been impressed with him, I’ve seen him in person, but he’s got a long way to go to be president.”

He said Obama is articulate and he was impressed with him and that is an insult? People are getting bent out of shape because Bush didn't say Obama needs to be president? News flash, Obama is a democrat, Bush is a republican, Bush is not going to give Obama a glowing review to get into the white house. And honestly if Obama is going to draw this much attention and accusations of insults if anyone even mentions his name he won't make it past the first primary and rightfully so. We need a president, not a PC nightmare.

Actually, Ithink he has insulted all American citizens. The lies, cover-ups and blatant disregard for our middle-class and impoverished citizens, while helping corporate America fill thier coffers is very insulting. Also consider what he is doing to our military with his " back door draft ".

Probably... he insults pretty much everyone... but it's the little stupid grin that is the most insulting.....that's how you tell when he is lying... every noticed?

I don't think he could. When an idiot tries to insult you, do you feel insulted, or do you just feel sorry for the idiot?
