I have been asked if I want to go to pro-wrestling classes. I'm 27, though pass for 21 in looks. I like the idea, but have no real experience of any martial arts or other dueling sports. I am physically fit, however - I work out, go running and am a very robust soccer player. I am also very theatrical, having been a singer in a band for several years. I don't expect to be the next big thing in the US, but perhaps a semi-pro career in the UK where I live. Is it a good idea or would I struggle to fit in?

I don't think 27 is too old to start training for wrestling. Look at Marty Wright (the boogeyman). The guy was 40+ when he entered professional wrestling. There are plenty of people on the roster that are over the age of 30. It would definitely be an interesting career to have.

I think you'd do good, try taking karate though it'll help with moves you'll be doing. But working and running is also good, good luck :D.
