Hannibal Lecter would win... Travis Bickle is too sloppy and emotional and Patrick Bateman MAY or MAY NOT be a psycho.
Remember, in "American Psycho" they never FULLY establish that everything that Patrick does is actually happening or if it is just in his head.
So, if it is all just an over-active imagination, Patrick would be blown away by Travis Bickle. Then the dullard that Travis is, would be easily influenced by Hannibal's superior mind. Hell, Dr. Lecter would have Bickle eating his own face after 10 minutes...
