Anywaz , the most toxic substance known is Botulinum toxin...I dont know wer u can buy it...but yes it was used as a biological weapon in many wars...!

I would guess ricin. It comes from the castor bean plant. There is no known antidote for this poison. It takes several days to dies a long miserable death from internal bleeding.

the second deadliest is iocane powder, totally tastelss, scentless and dissolves in liquids. not sure where ot buy it, but it alone can kill a man in 5 minutes
