for one 80lbs. for a 14 year old is way to light. you should way about 95-100, i dont know if this has something to do with your vertigo but you need to gain some weight that is just unhealthy all around

Basically in order to lose weight, you are going to have to change you're diet plan and workout plan. You're 14, so that's quite young, your metabolism is going to be at a good rate. It's good you do weights however, you aren't going to lose weight if this is all you do. You need to do a good mix of cardio and weights. Cardio to burn fat and weights to tone up your muscles. You should aim to do at least 30mins of cardio 3 times a week, this will put you on the right track. There are plenty of workout plans on the internet, just type one in google and you'll be set :) As for the eating part, this is where many teenagers become confused. What you eat will contribute to 70% of your weight loss and exercise contributes to maybe only 30%. So as you can tell, what you eat is very important. Obviously, you should eat lots of fruit and vegetables and I'm sorry but, sometimes you can make salads that are very delicious and nutritious. So give those a go eh ;) Avoid saturated fats, as these are the worse kind of fats and eat lean meats such as chicken and fish. Set a goal for yourself, because only then you will have something to strive and achieve for. Be patient as most weight loss journeys will take over 2 months, depending on how much weight you want to lose I wish you all the best on your weight loss journey :)
