Yes but the warranty is provided in the first instance by the seller, and you might have to go through them. You need to check that the warranty is "world wide", but if the problem is due to 220 instead of 110 volts then you have the problem. As a leading brand HP should be willing to help regardless. LOL!

Considering ther etech support is in tiwan and if you buy a laptop and move a warranty is good no matter where.

Im certain it is as long as you do not modify it or try to do something stupid with it. They may just have you pay more for S&H
