What state and country?
In the USA alone, there are at least 3 Orange Counties I am aware of: California (Disneyland), Florida, and New York (where they do that Discovery program "American Chopper"). I bet there are more than that too.
California doesn't get much, I know that. Your google broken?

If you are in california, I would guess not much more than about 12 to 14 inches of moisture per year. If you are in Florida probably around 50 inches per year.
