Just stir it with your finger and that will sweeten it just fine :)

Every attempt to replace sugar has led to a compound that generates undesireable health conditions, from headaches to cancer. There is a great deal of money to be made in sidestepping the perceived evil of sugar, so the facts are often dismissed, shelved or only studied in detail after damage has been done.
People take on a false confidence in the presence of what appears to be a quick fix and eat more rather than less. That just adds to your weight. Kinda defeats the purpose, hm?
There are no real shortcuts in dieting and a fake is a fake, even in sweetners. Avoid the dubious chemical wizardry and simply eat the sugar (or any food) in smaller, more widely-spaced amounts. Its the one surefire thing that makes sense.

Those of us who have used low-carb diets have also discovered Splenda. Splenda is the one sugar substitute that I can tolerate. Food and beverage makers have also made great strides in making diet products taste better. For example, I think Coke Zero is much better than Diet Coke and pretty close to the flavor of original Coke.
