i need help with sim city 4 i think i should buy it but idk if it mean that i could be any person i want to be??, and do i make my own city are there ppl i can make?? i just dont get how it works out what is it about

Sim City 4 is a city simulator. You don't make people like you do in The Sims; you build an entire city. You have a limited amount of money, and you make more through taxing the citizens. You have to zone for residential, commercial, and industrial areas, make sure everyone has access to the necessities (power, water, education, etc.). You don't control the people directly.
Amazon has the Deluxe Edition for $15, so if you don't like it, you haven't lost much. I paid $30 for it a couple of years ago, and I definitely think it was worth it.

your basically a mayor of a city. you create it, built it, run it, the whole sha-bang. you could also create sim citizens to live in your city and tell u wat u should do to improve it.
