Thing is... this world is so F.U.B.A.R. that its impossible to change it with only ONE thing from ONE person.
But gathering ALL religious military and political leaders and putting them in a huge house filled with fluffy toys, episodes of Spongebob Squarepants, and Carousel music and leave them there for a month would definetely go along way towards bettering this world....

It may sound pessimistic but too many things needed to change this crazy crazy crazy crazy world for good.

Legally limit the number of live births per female to 2. This world is seriously overpopulated, and we are running out of resources.
