Smokey eyes doesn't mean black eye shadow. I don't get why everyone thinks it has to be black shadow! It's the WAY you apply the shadow, more color at the lash line and soften as you reach the brow bone, in ANY color :)

It depends on your eye color. For example, I have green eyes and I use a plum color all over the lid to make my eyes pop, then I use a dark green color and apply to the crease of my upper eyelid and on the lower lid close to the lash line. Make sure you blend the dark color in the crease of the upper lid and with the lower lid. Experiment to see what intensity you like best, the more dark shadow you put on the more "smokey" your eyes look. Once your done with the dark color use a shimmery light shadow on your brow bone and blend down some into the darker color.

Top it all off by applying black eyeliner to your upper eyelid and black mascara to your upper and lower lashes.

Use black pencil liner and smear it on the top. Line your bottom too. Then brush on a dark shadow (green, black, purple in dark shades) Curl your lashes and coat them with black mascara (skip curling part if you already have great lashes and just put one coat of mascara) Sorry I dont know much but I hope I helped!

I put white all over my eye lid then put black in the crease and brush it upward then put a little white over it.
