Possibilities are endless , so what's there to lose? You know what the people who will make a difference in our lives are usually the people we pass by. Try it out and see if there is more than what meets the eye. If it does't work at least you tried.

I think you should. I mean, do you really have anything to lose by hanging out with him? Is he cute and just not your type or you are not attracted to him at all? Chemistry is something that you cannot make happen. If it isnt there then it isnt there...not a lot you can do about that...but give it a shot. As long as there are no long term committments then there doesnt seem to be a downside.
Good Luck and have fun.

Depends on how old you are partially. If you're an adult, 2 years apart is NOTHING. If you're 13 and he's 15 it might be a lot. Either way I'd make sure you are able to just "hang out" without actually "dating" the first time. You might be surprised, OR he might have a friend that you REALLY like.

Why not? If "sure things" don't work out half the time in this life- why shouldn't "not my types" actually work out once in a while? Give it a shot & see what happens... -At the very least- maybe you'll learn something that you can chalk up to experience! Good luck! :)

Hey, life is short, just have fun. Treat it as an outing with a friend. most of the people only discover one's inner beauty or charisma that attract you by hanging out frequently. Age is never a factor, go out but don't give him the impression that it is a DATE...maybe after a few outing.. Cheers...

It's worth a try. What's the worst that could happen. Ever tried a food you thought didn't look good and you loved it?

Why not..you should do it.
You could have so much in common.
Whether he's your type or not,he could end up being really great.
Good luck either way!
