It's "your" choice, do you want to get pissed/sad/upset & let bad things ruin your day/week? Mind over matter.

I know exactly what you mean! It's happened to me many times and seems like whatever I did had bad outcomes. But I thought about it and I think it's just the fact that you "think" you're having a bad start so then you start dwelling on all the bad things you did that day. Instead, try to be more optimistic and look on the bright side sorta thing. And when something does go wrong, don't worry too much about it because you ARE only human. We all mess up and make mistakes everyday.

If something critical has gone wrong , or enough has gone wrong that the weeks plan is screwed, then throw away the plan. You have to start where you're at, and you're not where you were.... don't worry you'll be there again, and way ahead of that, but you need a new plan. Nice thing is, occasionally there are those weeks where all the plans are done by Tuesday. Good luck.

Had it happen too many times to count in fact. Just put yourself in a positive state of mind. That is what I do and it usually helps. If you feel like nothing is going to go right for the rest of the day then go home, and put on some soothing music and relax. These things I do and they help me very well.

Take a deep breath, clear your mind, and start over with a positive attitude.

Try not to dwell on the unimportant things.
