Sure. There are some women who have not matured beyond the competitiveness that is associated with female sexuality, so many of them are trying to find fault in other women.
Some, too, just make it a point to be checking everyone out from head to toe, for whatever reason it is they do that. It may have nothing to do with you or what you look like and instead just be because she's one of those people who does that to everyone.

Oh, get over it. So what if some other woman is looking at your body? Just be glad someone is checking you out and ignore her, its not like she is making mean comments about you or saying nasty things to your face so who cares? Obviously you are looking at her alot in order to catch her looking at you.
