If I could go back in time and prevent something, it would be that I didn't get into an auto accident that left me with a ankle broken in 3 places. From that accident, I had to have 2 operations on my ankle with fusion of the ankle or replacement in the future. I also was left not able to do the job I love which was working with special education students in high school with training to become a special ed teacher coming my way. I have also lost the ability to do do hiking, shoreline fishing and play sport like I use to. because of the mobility issue, I have gained over 90 lbs.

nothing. i bet you think that this is kinda weird but everything happens for a reason. i am fine off right now and if i changed something my life could be completly different. think if we didn't have katrina or 9/11 or the holocaust how different the world would be and how so many peoples lives would be different. but at the same time think if they didn't happen and we prevented them and sombody said what if this happened. then we would be asking ourself the same question and geeting the same answer. although many people had to suffer and die what if 9/11 didn't happen and then a even bigger attack happened because we did not have that proper security because we did not become stricter because of 9/11...

I'd prevent myself from falling in love with my now ex. I'd tell myself what he was going to do, and I'd give myself a lesson on guys. I'd also tell myself I was/am too trusting and that I should definitely find someone closer to me... (even though there aren't really any nice guys around me). I doubt I'd believe myself, I'd probably freak out and call my future self a demon from hell and declare that Satan is trying to prevent me and my "true love" from being together. (I was big on religion, I went to a very cult-like church back then). Anyways, I'd probably end up giving my past-self a heart-attack from shock/stress and thus eliminate my future self from ever existing.
So I guess its best that we don't have time-travel, yes?

I think a lot of decisions I made about high school. I never did my homework and I just tried to float just above a passing grade. I would have also changed my choices in friends. For a long time I hung out with the "mean girls" and I also hung out with the "I'm gonna be a juvie" group of kids.

I would never have met my first boyfriend in jr. high school. I think he set me up for a long line of disappointing males. Thank God I found my husband in college...
