The best thing to do would be to send it back to Omega. This (obviously) will cost a lot to ship it and pay for the repairs, but it is the only way to guarantee a great job. The Seamaster is a beautiful watch that should last you a lifetime if you take care of it. We're giving our to our first son when he graduates. :)

Other than that, you can check nearby some of the watch schools (there's a large one in Oklahoma and small one in Texas).
