I have tried to transfere them the same way as the pics and music. It shows that the files are on my Memory Stick but when i try to play back on the PSP, it says that there isn't any videos on there. What do I have to do. Please help and be detailed.

Thats a great site but to make it simple you'll have to convert the file to MP4, there's a folder named "video" when you open the disk your psp is in. place it there and your done.
try finding a converter at download.com there are alot of them

receive limewire and on it receive video clips track percents video games and records and track should be mp3 formatted wich limewire does that for you yet video clips should be mp4 and to objective this receive psp action replay i dont understand a area for that yet then bypass for your psp folder and positioned track contained in the track folder video clips contained in the video folder percentinside the image folder etc if there's a mising folder use psp action replay for that any extra questions tell me at myspace
