There were quite a few actually, but they all dealt with advertisement of some sort. Like cell phones, web sites, etc. I haven't logged on in a while and I found this to be a very unexpected surprise. I don't think anyone hacked into my account because why would they not check my mail, invitations, etc??? What's up?

you were indeed hacked, by spammers.
they're not remotely interested in reading your mail, it was probably software which posted the bulletins and not a real human - all they're interested in is getting their spam out to as many people as possible - namely all your myspace friends via bulletins.
change your password to something secure and change your security question too - weak passwords are a godsend.

your account was most like hacked. most hackers use programs which atomatically send out thousands of emails/ bulletins at a time. they never really look at yours individually. they are more interested in getting out as many advertisment as possible than reading your mail. which is why none of your other stuff was opened. just try changing your password.

Someone Hacked into your account. they have everything about you that you had in the account. Change your password!

just change your password and they should go away
