the lower dose estrogen are better because they have less hormones therefore less side effects. Also if you are gonna take the pill, DON'T smoke it can cause heart attach or stroke.

Make sure you go to a doctor first. Don't just take any kind of birth control pills. Because some have very bad side effects. Let a Doctor choose one that is right for you. Always tell the Doctor if you have any side effects. Remember to take them every day. roseb.

Very important: when you take an antibiotic or other prescription drugs, your pill is not effective for that time period and you need to use a back-up method of birth control.
Also, don't smoke if you go on the pill.

Yes, stay a virgin. You will be much happier..no need to add more stress to your life...and you will have a lot of time to have sex once you get married and you will be glad you waited.
