I am having some major health issues and I don't know what to do.
I don't want to go to the hospital if I don't have to because I don't have insurance and recently lost my job. So I don't have money to even go to a reg. doctor. I wanted to go to the emergency room but wasn't sure about it. I'm just concerned. first of all I know I'm overweight and it has a lot to do with all the problems I'm having but I have always had to take birth control growing up becaue it kept me regular and have quit taking it for personal reasons and am now having problems with my body.I don't know if theyre related to the pills but I have migraines and feel nauseated all the time and any and everything I eat gives me pain and gas.could that be gallstones? should I have this checked. I haven't been able to move much latley cause I hurt so bad, and have constant yeast infections. I don't know what to do...any advice or guidence would be much appriciated.thanx!

You have a lot of stuff going on with your body. You've quit the pill, now your system needs to regulate itself. I gather that you're not pregnant at his time. You need to take a look at what you're eating, migraine, nausea and yeast infections can be related to too much sugar in your system. For the next few days drink at least 8 glasses of water, eat non fat yogurt and smear some on your privates and wear a pad. It will take care if the yeast infection. Don't eat anything sweet, fatty and stay away from starches. Limit yourself to salads and veggies and chicken.
For breakfast eat fruit and yogurt. This is important and see if you get rid of the gas and the migraines. Don't eat cookies, donuts and bread and any fast food. If you like tomato soup have a can for lunch, you can eat a few crackers with it. Try it for a few days and see if there's improvement. If you have gall bladder problems you will know, because you want to climb walls because of the pain and since you don't say that, I assume you're suffering from extreme indigestion, however if the pain still is there after three days you should see a doctor.
