Those could be pregnancy symptoms. If you know when you ovulated, and it's been about 2 weeks or more w/ no period, you could definitely be pregnant.

A home pregnancy test would be an easy way to find out one way or the other.

sounds like you're pregnant--mainly because you're a week late.

It's common to have light cramping early in pregnancy because the uterus is constantly expanding to accomodate the baby. The light spotting is most likely implantation bleeding.

Take a test--it should be positive by now.
