Every dam bit of it. It is just not worth going through puberty again. I am never going to take birth in the material world again due to the stage of puberty. Believing in yourself...don't worry what others think or say about you or how they judge you. You are the only critic (of who you are) that matters. Remember you are part of society so don't harm others. You have worth.
