pretty much every one except north korea

oh, and cuba.

also, I would add that capitalism is a theory, more than a system. Market forces - yes, capitalist market forces - operate in all nations and every economy is affected by them. The degree to which a government recognizes those forces and acknowledges them in its policy is often considered to determine how 'capitalist' it is. But all governments regulate to some extent, just as all have policies that give tacit acknowledgment to the forces of capitalism in their economies.

As a side note, a nation's economic system has nothing to do with its govermental structure. Iran is just as capitalist as just about any other nation in the Middle East. It is not democratic, but the two do not go hand in hand. Look at Sweden. It is very democratic but the economic system verges on socialism.

The correct answer is none! Capitalism is essentially an unregulated open market (there is a lot more to it, but this is a good start). In a capitalist economy, the government allows businesses to do as they chose, and citizens to keep them inline by chosing other businesses if one does not perform to their standards.
Starting with the United States, we have many policies that make us a far cry from true capitalism. These policies are socialist in nature. Examples being the requirement of a liscence to sell real estate, prepare legal documents, and sell multiple automobiles. In theory, we do not need liscensing because of these people do not do their job correctly, word will get out and will choose other realtors or whom ever. Also the minimum wage. The idea being people will not work for a wage they cannot live on, and these low paying companies will not be able to find employees. I know, your thinking but people do get paid rediculusly low wages in this country. Thus I point to the next anti-capitalist policy, labor union laws. We are not free to form and disband unions as we please. The law makes it very difficult to bring in a union and very difficult to get rid of an ineffective union. Also, if your business has a union, you must join and pay dues no matter what (supreme court recently took up a case on this). You should also take a look at your lack of choices when it comes to utilities where you live. We have many laws in this country that greatly restrict our "free market".
looking abroad, we see even more anti-capitalist policies in Europe and Canada. For instance, you may not be able to choose your family doctor, an employer may not be allowed to fire you (pretty mush at all), you may be limited in choice of careers, or even find that most of the countries industries are owned by the government. Much of Europe is socialist.
Capitalism, although an excellent idea, has yet been truely embraced by the governments of the world.

Check out the 2006 list of Forbes' billionaires in the world and don't tell me that they aren't capitalists within their nations? Unless, of course, they are cloaked and hooded members of the New World order???? Strangely, we fledge our muscles to boast that we are the richest nation, and yet out of the 25 listed, 12 out of 25 are from the U.S. Now, how much of America's wealth,
assets and resources are owned by the rest of the 13 foreigners?

http://www.forbes.com/lists/2006/10/Rank_1.html

Why are we helping out India or Mexico when India's and Mexico's richest citizens are merely hoarding up their wealth?
