well, not exactly Top 40 anymore, but Edwin McCain's "I'll Be" and "I Could Not Ask for More". They're sweet. "Never Let You Go" by Third Eye Blind. "I Caught Fire (In Your Eyes)" by the Used. And, with a stretch of the imagination, "You Shook Me All Night Long" by AC/DC is a love song...maybe not sentimental love, but just a different form. If you're into Christina Aguilara, she has "I Turn to You" and "Ain't No Other Man". Hope that helps!

Just Like Heaven by The Cure is really sweet. It's been covered by a ton of artists like AFI, Katie Melua and Goldfinger but none of them are as good as the original. Hope you like it =]
