I love the reboot show but i just needed to know what program they used because I am going to make another part to my characters.

The program that was actually used to make the show probably does not exist anymore. It may have been proprietary software created by the studio for the very purpose of animating the show. The show was created before 3D animating software was commercialized extensively, so most tools had to be developed as they were needed.

The most widely used software for 3D animation today is Maya. You can get a student edition for around 350-400 (retail for the basic version is around $2000).
