anyone elase had problems with the xm customer service people??? my radio service was cut off for no reason and it took 4 calls to customer service to resolve the problem...my service was off for 3 weeks and they wont give me a credit for the lost time...customer service is worse than phone, power, and cable company combined...its always something you are doing wrong and all the service employes barely speak english... we are making them rich... :-(

that's odd. i've never had a big problem with them call back and ask to speak to a manager!!

I've never had a problem either.
I called to cancel one of my radios, they just asked why. and the guy was from canada, very nice and pleasant to talk to.
Yes call customer service and ask to speak to a manager and talk with them.
