try pogo.com, gamehouse.com, yahoo.com has games on web for free as does msn.com. and look at columns box is in some will be downloads with a free trial period, option to buy game and download to your computer or play on line for free. when playing a game for free some sites require you to create a user name and password which then allows you to play all the games you could possibly want. also do a google search typing online games and check out the different sites.

If you're looking for something really big that you can spend hours on, try neopets.com or marapets.com (adopt an online pet), other sites like runescape.com (fighting/adventure), or gaiaonline.com (talk, dress up character). Clubpenguin.com is nice too, but it gets boring after a while if you don't apply for a membership.
