Does anyone knows what happens at the end. I only watched up until the part where he keeps trying to kill himself and it doesnt work.

The main character, Phil (Bill Murray), finally starts to care about other people besides himself. He actually becomes a nice guy who's always willing to help. Eventually, he's released from the time loop & he & Rita (Andie McDowell) end up together. Then, they decide to live in Punxsutawney, PA.
It's one of my favorite movies.

I don't know what the pebbles were supposed to represent. I thought it said in the movie that Lucinda died in the house in the woods. Because Lucinda's daughter made a comment to Nicholas Cage when they first entered the house- "That's where they found her." Meaning, that's where they found her mother dead. She acted like she didn't want to go into the room at first. It made it seem like she might have committed suicide. Caleb and Abby weren't the only ones "saved." It showed other "ships" leaving the Earth at the end too. It also showed other ships in the sky on the new "Eden" planet. All-in-all I thought it was a very thought-provoking movie and enjoyed watching it. But I too will agree, it was a bit confusing.

Towards end he start doing good things like save bunch of people's lives and impress the heck out of everyone including that girl and they make it to next day.

my favorite movie! it's so cool, you gotta watch it again.
every time he kills himself he wakes up in his bed the next morning. this happens until he finialy learns the lessons life wants him to, and incidentaly he learns alot of other things along the way, important things about life.

he wakes up,and the same song is playing,so he thinks it gonna start all over again,but then she turns over and turns of the radio,so its now feb 3
