There is not much you can do but tell your parents. Its up to them to find an answer to this problem. What does sort of a transgender mean? Either you or you aren't. I'm confused

I don't know the full extent of your brother's behavior but I can tell you from experience that if he cannot behave in school or at home then the state can take over- with guidance from your parents. My younger brother was so bad he ended up living in a wilderness camp for boys.(And that was only the start...) your mom could have the police over to tell him he needs to straiten up and follow his moms rules. They can do those sorts of things. Is he on drugs or something?? Best of luck to you and your family.

If your worried because his hanging out with a girl who you consider to be of trans-gender then you are the one with the problem, If your worried because he has other behaviours like not doing his homework, or getting into trouble then you can only tell him your concerned about him and worried for his future your parents however are the ones who are ultimately to be in control of restrictions. Try not to stress and make sure you do whats right for you. Your brother will come around when his ready if everyone shows him they love and care about him.
